Aplioo is an AI-powered platform that helps users optimize CVs and generate cover letters. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Pay-per-use credits are non-refundable once used.
• Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for unused periods.
• Prices may change with 14 days notice.

5. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (CVs, cover letters, personal information).
• By using the Service, you grant Aplioo a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Business Transfer

In the event that Aplioo or its assets are acquired, merged, or transferred to another entity, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You acknowledge and agree that such transfers may occur, and that the acquiring entity will be bound by these Terms of Service with respect to your data. You will be notified via email at least 30 days before any such transfer takes place.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Aplioo's AI is provided as a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated CV or cover letter. Aplioo makes no guarantees regarding job application outcomes.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

Aplioo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
